For those candidates who are the top 20% in their
fields, you won’t find them prospecting on job
boards or answering recruiting ads. Our expertise
is finding top leadership talent that can make a
material difference in the growth and performance
of a middle market company.
If you're looking to find leadership talent that will drive the next level of success, it's time to see what Resource Mosaic can do for you.
From our team’s years of
recruiting experience, we know
that these passive candidates
respond to highly personable
and skilled recruiting pitches to
consider leaving one successful
situation to embrace the
prospective fit of another.
We designed our MOSAIC FRAMEWORKSM as a consultative approach for both passive candidates and our clients to skillfully arrive at the right fit. This approach has created successful candidate-employer matches for many of the Southeast’s most successful middle market companies, who are known for building exemplary teams through their highly selective hiring requirements.
