Our client is a recently acquired private equity (PE)-held client in North Carolina. The acquisition was a “carve out” from a Fortune 500 company, so needed all new leadership. In the past year we have exclusively partnered with the PE firm, Board, CEO and CFO to recruit the executive leadership team, including: VP of Finance, VP of Sales, VP of Operations, Head of Legal Affairs, VP of IT and VP of Human Resources as well as Director-level leadership in treasury and accounting.
Since the spring of 2013, we have partnered with the SVP of Finance to install a finance team with the leadership skills to take the company public in the next 1-3 years. In the past year we have exclusively partnered with them to add key leadership to their division FP&A, strategic finance, sales finance and operations finance teams in both Atlanta and Chicago. Because of our success with the finance team, we have also helped the accounting, financial reporting and sales teams attract key Director and VP-level talent as well.

We provided three top-caliber candidates to them within two weeks and also identified the #1 candidate out of that group for them to interview. Within two weeks, the candidate was offered – and accepted – the position.
