Ken Richards
Founder and Strategic Advisor
Ken founded Resource Mosaic in 2005, after a 13- year career in Big 4 consulting. In addition to leading the company, Ken is directly involved with C-level and director-level executive searches.
Prior to founding Resource Mosaic, Ken was a partner with Deloitte Consulting and led its southeast CFO financial management practice. He assisted many clients with financial issues including improving reporting processes, closing and consolidating the books, strategic cost reduction and best practices for accounts payable/receivable, as well as optimizing the accounting and finance function as a whole. Previously, Ken was a manager with Ernst & Young Consulting and held positions with Intel Corporation and NCR Corporation.
Ken earned a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. He currently serves on the board of the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, and has previously served on the boards of Outward Bound Atlanta, the North Carolina Outward Bound School, and the Atlanta Federal Reserve Board Subcommittee on Education, Labor and Healthcare.
