Katharine joined Resource Mosaic in early 2011 after 6 years with the Lucas Group where she was a Senior Partner on their Atlanta Accounting & Finance executive search team. In 2022, she took on additional responsibilities and ownership of Resource Mosaic as President. Working with clients ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, she recruits top accounting and finance talent at the manager, director, VP and C-Suite levels across the Southeast. Her specialties include SEC reporting, accounting policy research, all areas of tax, internal audit, controllership, financial planning and analysis, strategy and financial systems management. She also has a strong track record of supporting her clients with their leadership needs in human resources, operations, legal and sales/marketing.
Outside of work, Katharine stays busy as a mom of twins and she also serves on the Board of the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership. Katharine grew up in San Diego, CA and prior to joining the executive search profession, she worked in the entertainment industry at the William Morris Agency in Los Angeles. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1999 with a degree in communications studies.

Zheena joined Resource Mosaic in 2013 and has over 20 years of international research and recruitment experience. She started her recruiting career with two of Asia’s first boutique search firms who specialize in the Marketing and Communications industry.
Her specialty for the past 10 years has had a focus on the accounting and finance industry, as well as recruiting for CXO level and “out of the box” searches. Having been exposed and developed as a recruiter in one Asia’s most difficult markets, Zheena is an expert in research and has been the go-to person for “newly created” and “hard to fill” roles.
Zheena graduated from Ateneo de Naga University in 1996 with a degree in Business Administration, major in Marketing.

Sarah has been a member of the Resource Mosaic team since 2019, and works with early stage accounting and finance professionals as they look to take a step up and grow their careers. She works predominantly with Analyst and Manager-level Finance talent and Big 4 Accountants as they transition into corporate roles.
Before joining Resource Mosaic, Sarah had over a decade of recruitment experience across various industries, including Logistics, Healthcare, and Marketing. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a major in Guidance and Counseling, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her role by combining analytical thinking with a creative touch.

Ken founded Resource Mosaic in 2005, after a 13- year career in Big 4 consulting. In addition to leading the company, Ken is directly involved with C-level and director-level executive searches.
Prior to founding Resource Mosaic, Ken was a partner with Deloitte Consulting and led its southeast CFO financial management practice. He assisted many clients with financial issues including improving reporting processes, closing and consolidating the books, strategic cost reduction and best practices for accounts payable/receivable, as well as optimizing the accounting and finance function as a whole. Previously, Ken was a manager with Ernst & Young Consulting and held positions with Intel Corporation and NCR Corporation.
Ken earned a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. He currently serves on the board of the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, and has previously served on the boards of Outward Bound Atlanta, the North Carolina Outward Bound School, and the Atlanta Federal Reserve Board Subcommittee on Education, Labor and Healthcare.
