We received an introduction to a prospective new client, a PE-held Company who had recently quadrupled in size and was preparing for an IPO.  Due to the company’s strong work culture, stability and reputation as a great place to work they hadn’t needed to work with an executive search firm in the past . With their change in size and IPO plans, they needed help recruiting public company talent to help them as they prepared to go public.

The Challenge

We partnered with them to recruit Internal Audit and Treasury leaders, a FP&A Director, an Assistant General Counsel and SEC Reporting talent for the organization.
